About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our skills strategy by creating and maintaining capability models, ensuring the skills library is up-to-date, and validating new skill requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Skill Library Governance: Administer the skills library by adding, updating, and archiving skills as needed to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Skill Validation: Review and validate new skill requests from business units, assessing alignment with existing frameworks and consulting subject matter experts as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance & Reporting: Regularly audit the skills database for accuracy and completeness, preparing reports and dashboards on skills data, trends, and compliance for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for skills-related queries and provide administrative support to the skills team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR)/Graduate with Min 5+ Years' experience in Skill Administrator or similar roles.
  • Ability to work in night shift schedule.
  • Experience administering HR, talent, or learning management systems is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a support or administrative role within HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms.

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
