Job Title: Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Business Development Professional to drive business in the Tractor Loans and Retail segment. This role will be responsible for sourcing working capital loans for Agri-related industries, food processing units, and MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Working Capital Loans: Identify new business opportunities and source working capital loans for Agri-related industries, food processing units, and MSMEs.
  • Ensuring Quality Portfolio Growth: Develop and execute strategies to ensure quality portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth through effective negotiation and follow-up.
  • Driving Business Growth: Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and financial acumen skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Deep Understanding of Local Markets: A deep understanding of local markets and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Ability to Work in Field-Intensive Role: Ability to work in a field-intensive role (80% field, 20% office) with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Networking Capabilities: Strong networking capabilities to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savviness: Tech-savviness to leverage technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
