Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Web Digital Mantra IT Services Private Limited is a leading software development and digital marketing company in India, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital sales, direct sales, field sales, software sales, website sales, and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
