Sales Leadership Role in Bangalore

Web Digital Mantra IT Services Private Limited is a leading software development and digital marketing company in India, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital sales, direct sales, field sales, software sales, website sales, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
