Key Accountabilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and merchandisers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive primary and secondary sales in GT.
• Resolve operational issues at GT distributors and retailers.
Required Skills and Experience
• 6-8 years of experience in FMCG GT sales in the Bangalore market, preferably in snacking, biscuits, confectionery, or beverages.
• Strong leadership and sales management skills.
