As a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving card sales across assigned channels or regions. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to own and manage significant growth channels, making a direct impact on the company's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales performance for assigned channels or regions, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new card customers through direct sales, partnerships, digital channels, or physical distribution networks.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and drive initiatives to optimize results across key sales metrics such as volume, profitability, and retention.
Sales Team & Partner Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to exceed targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key external partners to grow card sales through strategic alliances.
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution of sales initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles within financial services, cards, or payments industries.
- Experience managing and growing sales channels or regions, with a demonstrated ability to deliver against aggressive sales targets.
