Job Summary:

Production Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 members, providing 24X7 production support for a remittance product.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in writing basic SQL queries and Unix commands. They should also be proficient in automating jobs and troubleshooting production issues, network problems, and other related issues.

The successful candidate will work rotational shifts, including weekends and company holidays, to ensure seamless support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 members for production support 24X7 for a Remittance product.
  • Respond to customer queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, network issues, and other related issues.
  • Handle calls and create tickets for production & non-production issues.
  • Install software patches.
  • Work on identifying issue root causes and collaborating with Dev teams for ticket reduction.

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge in AI and implementing AI workflows using NCLC tools like n8n.
  • Automation experience in Remittance Product.
