Position Overview:

The technical delivery head leads the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions that meet client business requirements, align with organizational goals, and adhere to best practices. This strategic role involves close collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to craft scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise across architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and modern software development.

Overseeing the successful delivery of technological solutions and services to clients or internal stakeholders. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic vision to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Your Role and Impact

Solution Design & Architecture

• Own the creation of robust, scalable, and innovative technical solutions across a range of industries and technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate technology stacks, platforms, and third-party tools to determine best-fit solutions.

Technology Leadership

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Promote standardization, reuse, and best practices across all solution designs.
• Guide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements.

Delivery Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale technology projects or programs.
• Ensure projects are executed as per defined standards, methodologies, and quality benchmarks (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, etc.).
• Define and manage delivery roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery-related issues and risks

Strategic Planning:

• Define the architectural strategy aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend technology frameworks and innovations.

Project Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional technical teams, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Innovation & Client Engagement:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance solutions.
• Engage with clients to brainstorm, align on requirements, and propose effective solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities

What We Look For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 15+ years of experience in IT/Technology roles, with at least 5 years in solution architecture or technical pre-sales.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, microservices, APIs, databases, etc.
• Expertise in enterprise applications, SaaS, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
