About the Role:

The Help Desk Support Specialist is a key position that bridges the gap between end-users and technical solutions.

As the primary point of contact for users facing issues with technology, software, or services, this role requires exceptional communication skills and technical expertise to provide comprehensive support resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and resolve multiple customer support activities, including incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets.
  2. Interact with service providers to resolve service-related issues.
  3. Adhere to operational guidelines & policies as dictated by joint agreements.
  4. Ensure performance metrics meet daily, monthly standards.
