Program Manager Role Overview

About Our Team:

Our team plays a critical role in driving online product lifecycle and buying operations to ensure we remain competitive with the best price, wide selection, and good product information.

We strive to reduce problems identified with products by identifying root cause, eliminating defects, and implementing solutions to fix issues permanently, thereby improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forming and managing cross-functional project teams to drive key programs for our customers.
  • Adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve business goals.
  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.

About Us:

Our Cost to Serve team aims to identify and eliminate waste, negative experiences, and non-value activities across the end-to-end remit of supply chain and dependent workstreams that slow down resolution for our stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5 years of program or project management experience.
  • 5 years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Masters degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
