Program Leadership Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to ensure internal customers receive the best level of service for their applications in a cost-effective manner.

As a Program Leader, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth scaling, robust delivery, and a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

  • Team Capability Mapping: Get to know teams, conduct structured assessments of leaders and key contributors, and provide leadership with clear insights on team strengths and development areas.
  • Scaling & Enablement Programs: Design and run onboarding and enablement initiatives to support rapid team growth ensuring new joiners are productive and engaged.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement practical process improvements that reduce bottlenecks, improve delivery speed, and enhance quality drawing on best practices from industry.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Support: Coordinate quarterly all-hands, organize skip-level meetings with fresh agendas, and facilitate collaboration with other operations teams.
  • Metrics & Delivery Health: Support delivery managers on staff augmentation projects, track key metrics, and provide actionable reporting to leadership.

Key qualities we seek in a candidate:

  • 15+ years experience in program management or delivery operations.
  • Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to implement pragmatic solutions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
