Financial Planning and Control Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating with senior leadership members in the Europe region to provide support in financial and operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial and operational performance analyses for stores, commercial, and financial departments.
- Develop budgets and forecasts as per established processes and deadlines.
- Work closely with corporate teams to analyze and report actual and forecasted budget variances.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new store openings and track results.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic management decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in controlling processes, be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have a good understanding of SAP, MicroStrategy, and Tagetik. Knowledge of IFRS is also preferred.
