Seeking a seasoned Revenue Assurance Specialist to lead accurate financial reporting and journal entries, oversee timely closings, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting: Oversee accurate revenue recognition and journal entries in accordance with US-GAAP standards.
  • Closing Activities: Manage accruals, provisions, and reconciliations while ensuring regional compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Customer Billing: Oversee the management of unbilled receivables and approve adjustments in compliance with local VAT laws.
  • Contract Processing: Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and provide guidance on contract variations.
  • Compliance Controls: Maintain stringent controls over revenue processes and balance sheets, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services and Finance teams to support sales proposals, clarify financial rules, and provide training on revenue-related matters.

Additional responsibilities include completing necessary documentation for filing forms, obtaining certification of residency for POC clients, and assisting with various internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to standards and developing mitigation plans for any identified deficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in revenue accounting and recognition.
  • Strong understanding of US-GAAP, statutory regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, HFM, OneStream.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a team.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and extract meaningful insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
