Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPrepare regular financial reports and provide insights to support decision-makingFinancial Reporting & Compliance:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirementsManage external audits and coordinate with auditors for a smooth audit processMaintain internal controls to safeguard company assetsEnsure compliance with financial policies and proceduresCash Flow Management:Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational and investment needsFinancial Strategy:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goalsBanking & Treasury Management:Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and other financial service providersOversee daily banking operations, including cash management, wire transfers, and reconciliationsVendor & Stakeholder Relations:Negotiate financial agreements and contracts with vendors and external stakeholdersCandidate Requirements:Certified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of relevant work experienceStrong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standardsKnowledge of direct and indirect taxAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbout Company:The company operates in the industrial automation sector, providing AI-driven solutions that optimize plant efficiency, sustainability, and resource management across chemical-intensive and manufacturing industries.
