Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join us in our efforts to enhance headcount planning and expense management.
This role will focus on enabling functional FP&A partners to provide strategic finance support to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models and reports.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with FP&A partners to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial planning and analysis processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
