Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in budget management or financial planning
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Proficient in budgeting tools and project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Quantity Surveying; MBA or professional certifications
