Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Client Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at converting and closing sales opportunities, and have in-depth knowledge of the location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential customers through phone calls, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment.
  • Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, presenting tailored options, and bringing them through a no-pressure education-based presentation.
  • Develop rapport with clients, find out about their goals and vision, and educate them on property investment and available incentives.
  • Manage relationships, assist clients through the decision-making process, and follow up for long-term relationships.
  • Represent the organization with integrity and consistently bring value to clients.
  • Seek referrals, network, and conduct surveys to identify competing property prices.

Requirements:

  • Above-average sales conversion and closing abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the location or city.
  • Positive attitude towards meetings and new people.
  • Experience in direct sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand prospect requirements and pitch property solutions.
  • High levels of passion and ownership.
  • Possession of any Graduation / MBA degree.
