Job Title

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee property operations, develop and execute branch-level strategies, and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage property teams to deliver high-quality service delivery, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding our service standards, addressing feedback proactively, and handling escalated concerns.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial plans.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
