Manufacturing Manager Position

The Strategic Electronics Business Unit is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Space and Defense customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate export sales directly, meeting sales plan targets aligned with company goals.
  • Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve manufacturing operations objectives.
  • Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies to optimize productivity.
  • Lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues, fostering a culture of Kaizen and Business Excellence.
  • Ensure personnel, material, and machine safety, providing support to new product development and production processes.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and effective resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills, skilled in selecting, training, and motivating teams.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes, competent in managing large teams and possessing considerable managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
