Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Component Engineer. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of electronic and electromechanical components used in smart meter hardware.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of component qualification processes and will be able to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that components are sourced from reliable and high-quality providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in comprehensive testing (including lifecycle tests and ageing) of components (electronic, electrical, mechanical, etc.) to identify, evaluate and approve for smart meter and smart device designs.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous product innovation and reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in component engineering, hardware design, or related fields.
