We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Technical Field Sales Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have deep ties with Pune's automotive industry, strong contacts in R&D and NPD departments, and hands-on knowledge of conformal coating, potting, encapsulation, and thermal management for electronics applications.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Proven experience in technical sales within the automotive or electronics sector
  • Network with R&D/NPD teams in Pune automotive companies
  • Expertise in conformal coating, potting, encapsulation, and electronics thermal management
  • Strong relationship-building, business development, and communication skills

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.
