
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for significantly increasing sales by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding the student base. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the center.
- Increase student visits, enquiries, and admissions for digital marketing courses offered by the company and achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
- Conduct counseling for new visits and follow-up with students who visited the institute and convert maximum enquiries to admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the event team on organizing seminars/workshops in colleges.
- Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from students.
- Manage student certifications, exams schedule, handle student queries.
- Coordinate with faculty and students on lecture schedule and test schedule.
- Maintain positive relations with students and ensure student satisfaction and resolve student concerns/queries.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
