Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Leader to drive business expansion and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven ability to generate domestic and international business opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating closely with operations to ensure smooth transition and delivery of client projects.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the BPO industry.
  • A strong network of domestic & international clients in various sectors, including BFSI, Telecom, Travel, E-commerce, Healthcare, IT/ITES, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
