Job Role

Manage employee lifecycle and relations with colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to achieve goals and provide expertise.
  • Handle complex issues and guide conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions.
  • Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
  • Lead change management initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Utilize data and analytics for informed decisions.
  • Implement engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
