Job Title: Voice Process Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to support our US-based clients as Voice Process Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards to meet performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in any stream with 2–4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) with the ability to work night shifts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems on the fly is crucial for delivering exceptional results.
