Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to fill a Customer Service Representative role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support via phone calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage customer orders, track and update order status as necessary.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving ability, customer-first approach, and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
