Customer Experience Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
  • Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail is required.
