**Requirements:**

  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
