Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit tenders, bid bonds, and guarantees as per requirements.
  • Clarify tender conditions and ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
Vendor Registration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
Administrative Support:
  • Prepare technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks (attendance registers).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and communication in English and Hindi.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
