  • Evaluating vendor performance and ensuring quality compliance is crucial for this role.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and quality checks is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of procurement processes in the cosmetics/pharma industry is necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and cosmetic regulatory requirements is also required.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills are vital for effective communication with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is necessary for managing data and inventory effectively.

Education and Language Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or a related field is required for this role.
  • Knowledge of Marathi language is mandatory, and Kannada (optional) is desirable.
