
Sales Leader for Architectural Growth

- Key Responsibilities:
This role will oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth in the architect and interior designer segment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the architecture and interior design ecosystem, with a proven ability to influence design specifications and develop targeted solutions.
This individual will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, specifiers, and consultants, to promote high-quality coatings and finishes in residential and commercial projects.
- Drive sales and business development through the architect and design community, ensuring company products are specified in mid/large-scale projects.
- Expand the company's reach in the premium and decorative paint segment by working closely with architectural firms and design consultants.
- Collaborate with the local sales, DB, and HO teams to ensure effective execution of the business strategy and achieve desired results.
- Provide insights and feedback to enable Product Development teams to drive product innovation that aligns with the aesthetic and functional needs of the architectural and design community.
- Issue updates regarding the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and construction to anticipate and respond to market needs.
- Help build a performance-driven team focused on servicing the architect and interior design segment, providing training and development to ensure a deep understanding of the market.
