Role Overview

This is a full-time position for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead located in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, including project management, architectural design and detailing, and integration with other disciplines.

Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, developing and refining architectural concepts and details.

The successful candidate will lead project teams, oversee site execution, and ensure that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from inception to delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects to develop their skills.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee site execution and quality control processes.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to business growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for Interiors.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing built work, reflecting a strong passion for design and excellence.
