Strategic Growth Leader - Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans in alignment with the board's vision.
  • Lead the growth of our loan portfolio through innovative digital channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and governance frameworks are upheld at the highest standards.
  • Drive fundraising efforts through equity, debt, and co-lending partnerships.
  • Optimize unit economics, portfolio quality, and credit risk to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across key functions.
  • Represent the organization in investor meetings, boardrooms, regulatory bodies, and industry forums.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BFSI, fintech, or NBFC sectors.
  • Proven leadership at a CXO level (CEO/COO/Business Head) in a lending-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in digital lending, credit underwriting, and tech integrations.
  • Track record in fundraising through various channels.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution capability, and team-building skills.
