Job Title: Regional Partnership StrategistEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearAbout the Role

We're seeking a skilled Partner Growth Manager to join our regional leadership team. As a key member of our Partner Management function, you will develop and execute a holistic partner strategy for the Indian market, achieving assigned sales goals and expanding partnership into new strategic areas.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the India market, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Collaborate with partners to expand their service lines and industry verticals, unlocking new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partner/Managing Managers.
  4. Organize and execute events that foster engagement and collaboration within our partner community.
  5. Pitch Celonis' value proposition to various levels of senior management, highlighting the benefits of our partnership.
  6. Support partners in their go-to-market activities, providing guidance on business planning, pipeline development, QBRs, marketing, and sales strategies.
  7. Evaluate the alignment of all relevant stakeholders on joint account pursuits, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  8. Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating resources to optimize their performance.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably within Big 4 firms, Global SIs, or regional SIs.
  2. The ability to inspire and engage others, building strong relationships at an executive level.
  3. A combination of strategic thinking and operational expertise to develop and execute a holistic partner strategy.
  4. A strong sales mindset, with a focus on teamwork, entrepreneurship, and results-driven approach.
  5. Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems are preferred.
  6. An established network within the consulting (Big 4) and system integrator industries would be advantageous.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and cultures.
