We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Back Office Executive to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day back office operations including data entry, record keeping, and file management.
- Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
- Handle and respond to inquiries and requests from clients and candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and generate reports as required.
- Proven work experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Please note that this position is a full-time role with a job location in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
