Strategic Operations Coordinator to CEO

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and strategic initiatives. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
A successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in calendar management, communication, and office administration. You will also possess excellent executive assistant skills, including MOM (minutes of meeting) preparation and secretarial activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support to the CEO, including task management and email correspondence.
- Coordinating and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assisting with office administration, including personnel management and secretarial duties.
- Serving as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling various tasks and projects as required.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, discretion, and professionalism. This is a full-time opportunity located in Bhubaneswar, offering a competitive salary range of 300000-400000 per annum.
