Administrative Officer

Manage administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and policy adherence.
Coordinate inter function departments for optimized resource utilization.
Promptly addressing inquiries and concerns & take necessary proactive actions for problem solving.
Maintain accurate MIS & records on a daily basis and develop a tracking mechanism for flawless operations.
Assist in billing, payment processing, and insurance coordination.
Monitor and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure all statutory compliance with all gov't and health and safety regulations.
Generate insightful administrative reports for performance evaluation.
Foster effective teamwork and communication among staff.
Perform various administrative tasks
QULIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Preferably Master in Hospital Administration or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processing is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
