About Shailja Organics:
Shailja Organics has a farmland of 105 acres that produces Mango, Lime, Cashew, and honey.. Our 105 acre of farming land at Dhenkanal houses about 10 varieties of organic mangoes like Mallika, Bombay Green, Alphonso etc. Apart from mangoes, we have cashew nuts, lemon, turmeric, and mustard plants.
As an enterprise, it wants to liquidate (convert the produce into cash at the harvesting stage itself) in the next 12 months.
Post the 12 months period, it would like to develop its own value-added products such as - Mango Pickle, Mango Jam, Mango Pulp, Amchur, Lemonade, Lemon Pickle, Cashew Fruit pulp, etc working with its entities such as Ranjita Laboratories and Atal Incubation Center (Food processing) that CV Raman Global University (CGU) has set up.
The production unit of our company manufactures mango jam, mango pickles, Ambasadha, Ambula, Amchur powder, pure honey, lemonade, and cashew.

Shailja Organics has carried out a thorough research on Stevia for 12 years and has already launched a product called Sweetal which caters to the needs of Diabetes and health-conscious people. Sweetal is one of the top 10 leading stevia brands in India and one of the first stevia companies in Odisha. As a part of the R&D activities of the company, several other Patents are in the pipeline.

Background/ Strategic Objectives:
An Office Assistant will need to be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure as and when needed. It is expected that an Office Executive Assistant will be working
with a very high degree of attention to detail and discretion,
to find better and effective ways to achieve better results for the organization and
with multiple people in the organization, completing clerical tasks, on their behalf, where as a team we are realizing the company's business objectives by promoting efficiency, and increasing profitability.
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an organized Office Executive Assistant to assist the Administrative Officer/Operation Manager/PA to Managing Director in various official tasks.
The Job description of an office executive assistant typically includes tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, making travel arrangements, handling communication and correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing office budgets and expenses, and providing general administrative support to executives and other members of the office.
The executive assistant may also be responsible for supervising and providing guidance to other administrative staff members, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
General Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical tasks including typing, filing, mail distribution, and maintaining the register.
Screen requests for appointments with supervisor; maintain supervisor's calendar; confirm mutually convenient schedules and arrange appointments; receive visitors; place and screen telephone calls; respond to queries and correspondence, often of a sensitive, confidential, or technical nature.
To extent of helping in organizing tours and field visits.
Coordinate office support services for meetings, training, seminars, committees, and special projects and events; attend meetings, prepare minutes, monitor follow-up activities; make arrangements for formal editing, translation, etc., of documents and publications. Sending meeting invites to attendees and coordinating events as necessary.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Updating farm planting reports, usage reports, farm yield reports, and other project reports.
Assist in equipment tracking inventories, maintenance records, and registrations.
Communicate carefully with all the team members and the clients.
Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information.
Record and verify information concerning matters such as shipments, schedules, timesheets, and payments.
Maintain inventory of office supplies for administrative and plant use, and record supplies as needed.
Compile and analyze basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
