Job Description:
As a key member of the INEX MEDICAMENTS PVT LTD team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the designated area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the area.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area, developing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Business Manager with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
