ServiceNow SPM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team as a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expert. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

  • This role requires extensive knowledge of the SPM product suite, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, and Financial Planner Workspace modules.
  • The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure comprehensive solutions in ServiceNow SPM
  • Develop, integrate, and automate workflows using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Provide expert-level support as a ServiceNow Admin with strong SPM experience
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to meet business needs
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems
  • Implement automations to streamline business processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other key technologies
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
