ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM-related integrations.

  • Contribute to complex tasks, ServiceNow support, and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to users.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementing demand, project, resource & time management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
  3. Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements.
  4. Own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
