Key Role Summary

This position necessitates a skilled professional to manage the synchronization of HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo, ensuring seamless data integration between the two platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and empower sales teams with relevant tools and data at the right time.
  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps and oversee HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and key performance indicators.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Solid understanding of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Achieved success in CRM/marketing automation management.
  • Excellent data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Precise communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
