Outbound Campaign Manager

About Us:

We partner with businesses to optimize their sales engine across technology, operations and strategy – all in service of revenue growth.

This role involves developing outbound campaign plans aligned with business objectives and customer ICP.

  • Develop actionable campaign strategies that align with business goals and customer profiles.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to launch, monitor and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting and cadence to maximize results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach and guide team members on best practices in outbound marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with 1-3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
