  • Utilize phone calls or virtual meetings to effectively close cases and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including town hall meetings, skip-level meetings, and leadership connects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing exceptional support and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
  • Facilitate proactive dialogue between employees and their managers, supervisors, and other leaders.
  • Act as a voice for employees, presenting management with actionable insights and recommendations for issue resolution.
  • Assist in launching HR initiatives across campuses, enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Contribute to process improvement and policy development, leveraging expertise to drive business results.
  • Empower a high-energy workforce by cultivating confidence, trust, and a positive company culture.
  • Manage event calendars, ensure timely publication, and oversee completion of planned activities.
  • Support the creation of weekly reports for management, providing data-driven insights.
    • MBA in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in HRBP or an equivalent role.
    • Proven ability to collaborate as a team player, offering cohesive support to the HR function.
    • High level of emotional intelligence, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.
    • Strong email etiquette and mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder management at all levels.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
