Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries or complaints effectively at the first instance. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction scores while minimizing call handling time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Deliver service with requisite courtesy and accuracy.
- Demonstrate complete onus to customers' queries/problems.
- Adhere to product and process requirements with nil errors.
- Escalate customer issues to the right internal stakeholders.
- Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comply with service and sales guidelines.
