About the Role
At ARDOR TALENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Hinjewadi Pune. The ideal candidate will have 36 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment consultancy background.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles across various levels.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and networking, conducting screening and interviews to shortlist the best candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to keep a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer management between clients and candidates.
- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure client requirements are met within set timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and align recruitment strategies with client needs and industry demand.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and management.
- Attend industry events and seminars to build new client relationships and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 36 years of IT recruitment experience with a preference for candidates from a recruitment consultancy background.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in handling client relationships and business development.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and industry trends for effective candidate evaluation.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- ATS Knowledge: Understanding and experience in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added benefit.
- Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment tools and industry networking platforms.
