We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Prepare and analyse monthly and annual sales data for each product and territory">
  • Adjust and allocate targets to regions and sales representatives based on feasibility">
  • Review and analyse the performance of the sales team">
  • Participate in strategic discussions during regional sales meetings and cycle meetings conducted by Product Management Team">
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide inputs for brand strategy development">
  • Ensure the execution of the brand strategy by the sales team">
  • Propose ideas for special promotions to senior management for approval">
  • Provide insights for identifying Continuing Medical Education (CME) needs to the management team">
  • Cordinate with the team to organize successful CME events for customers">
  • Lead recruitment efforts and conduct goal setting for team members">
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and identify training needs and provide development opportunities">

Requirements:

An ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in any Science stream along with MBA and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager in a pharma company.

  • In-depth understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behaviour, competition">
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict market demand and allocate resources effectively">
  • Knowledge in Pharma product Technology">
  • Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies">
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Adept at problem-solving and making data-driven decisions">
  • Good at building and leveraging relationships">
