
Regional Business Development Leader

Job Title:
">We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
">About the Role:

- Prepare and analyse monthly and annual sales data for each product and territory">
- Adjust and allocate targets to regions and sales representatives based on feasibility">
- Review and analyse the performance of the sales team">
- Participate in strategic discussions during regional sales meetings and cycle meetings conducted by Product Management Team">
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide inputs for brand strategy development">
- Ensure the execution of the brand strategy by the sales team">
- Propose ideas for special promotions to senior management for approval">
- Provide insights for identifying Continuing Medical Education (CME) needs to the management team">
- Cordinate with the team to organize successful CME events for customers">
- Lead recruitment efforts and conduct goal setting for team members">
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and identify training needs and provide development opportunities">
Requirements:
">An ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in any Science stream along with MBA and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager in a pharma company.

- In-depth understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behaviour, competition">
- Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict market demand and allocate resources effectively">
- Knowledge in Pharma product Technology">
- Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies">
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Adept at problem-solving and making data-driven decisions">
- Good at building and leveraging relationships">
