**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional operations, driving growth and success through strategic leadership and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for profit and loss management, client relationships, business development, and stakeholder engagement. They will oversee project delivery, budget management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage projects across the region, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and timescale.
  • Provide support, advice, and assistance to teams and departments as needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting reviews and suggest solutions to organization-wide issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Chair monthly client meetings and plan Safety and Quality audits.

**Requirements:**

* 25+ years of experience in Civil Engineering or a related field

* Strong leadership and management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work within regional and national government rules and regulations
