Business Development Leader

Drive growth by developing and executing market positioning strategies, expanding Light Microscopy (LM) and Electron Microscopy (EM) businesses, and ensuring execution excellence for high-impact business development and marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Direct teams to deliver growth, profitability, and market share gains through strategic planning and execution.
- Portfolio Strategy: Develop sector-focused and portfolio-wide strategies through the Mid-Term Planning process, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and oversee campaigns tailored to lead generation, funnel acceleration, and conversion outcomes.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze funnel health, lead quality, campaign ROI, and sector revenue performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Country Heads and APAC leaders to align local execution with regional priorities.
- Capability Development: Coach teams to build execution capability, improve collaboration, and maintain strategic focus.
The successful candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, market insight, and leadership experience in BD or marketing within B2B technical/scientific markets. They must also have excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and leadership audiences.
