Business Development Leader

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead our Speciality Flame Retardant Chemicals and Ingredients business.
Job DescriptionAs we expand our presence globally, this is an exciting opportunity to build and establish our Business Development team and processes further. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a growth strategy for our Speciality Flame Retardant Chemicals and Ingredients used in Masterbatch manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers across plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries
- Buildeffective relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to product positioning
- Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape
- Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in sales or business development of Flame Retardant Chemicals
- Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
