Drive Strategic Growth as a Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and launch initiatives that promote sales performance and growth.
- Provide key insights for the creation of development programs that equip sales colleagues with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Lead change management efforts related to new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement people initiatives that promote talent acquisition, retention, and development within the growth office.
- Oversee performance management processes, including promotions, market corrections, and reviews.
- Identify training and development needs for growth office colleagues, creating and implementing programs that enhance skills and support career progression.
- Bring insight and decision-making skills to the table during performance and career-related discussions.
- Address and manage people-related issues effectively, providing guidance and support to managers and team members.
- Regular collaboration with senior leaders to understand organizational requirements and ensure alignment of growth office initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives and leadership buy-in.
- Interact with sales colleagues to develop a deeper understanding of sales performance and ground realities.
- Interact with industry consultants and leaders to guide strategy and thinking in ongoing projects.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of industry best practices in human resources.
- Familiarity with managing systems, projects, and budgets.
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and measure performance.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR and sales initiatives with organizational objectives.
